Board Meeting

In attendance: Alain Delpiaz (CEO, BDVR), Lexx Mureaux (BoD member, BDVR), IndiaRaven Hausmann (BoD member, BDVR)

Absent: Coral Ducatillon (BoD member, BDVR)

Agenda:

* Overview of the state of the company (short presentation by Alain Delpiaz)
* BDVR chairman of the board election, BDVR treasurer election, board member search,
* Business strategy

Decisions:

* A 4000 L$/month spending budget was approved by a unanimous vote
* Lexx Mureaux was elected as chairman of the board
* IndiaRaven Hausmann was elected as treasurer
* The active search for a fifth board member will be ended. If anyone with more than 100K shares wishes to step up, then please contact Alain Delpiaz
* In case a board vote ends in a 2-2 draw, the chairmans vote will count as two.
* Short term business strategy (approx. until the end of the year): pay out 10% of profits as dividend, use 20% (up to 4K L$) for BDVR expenses/development, invest 60% of profits into dividend paying stocks on SL.
